Hey Alexandre, qd vc diz I've been studying English for three hours, vc passa uma ideia de que vc começou a aprender inglês há 3 horas. Essa é a mensagem q o present perfect passou aqui nesta sentença. Então vc deveria ter dito: I've been learning english for___ (months or years). I usually study for 3 hours (every day or twice a week or 3 times a week). O simple present descreve sua rotina e o present perfect descreve o que vem acontecendo por algum tempo. Sou english teacher, espero ter te ajudado com a dica.

There is passive learning and active learning... i had same problem like you.. but i did jump right in Active practice which is: thinking in english, talking to myself in english, read books out loud to improve my prononciation, listening to a podcast in english and try to mimic their accent. I stopped writing and listening and just started to practtice by speaking a lot. Lol
