Nice trick lowering that initial productivity scale, seems counter-intuitive. Also windmills do not need to be connected to a road as far as I can tell.

I have those blue rings around my buildings and i have no clue how to clear them. Its quite annoying as i can't see the land clearly due to shacks being build close to one another in my game.

the bottom of my screen does not have any building options like yours, i can only see the fertility layers, but building menu seems non existent.
