I look forward to preparing your Vietnamese dishes. The best food I ever ate was Vietnamese. I was thirteen this was fifty years ago) and that was at the time that many Vietnamese were coming to the U.S. My mother was instrumental in having our church sponsor several several Vietnamese families and one of the families, after settling in, had my parents and me over for dinner. I was stunned at how delicious that meal was. Obviously, as I remember it from fifty years ago. I wish I could remember the names of the dishes. My stomach started growling and I was salivating just remembering that meal. I look forward to trying some of your recipes.

As a Vietnamese American I have experienced so much hate in this world that I'm just going crazy. Not a single person chose to be born as who they were born as, yet others feel the need to put down and bash others down, to dehumanize them and say they would eat people from a specific ethnic group.
