I love that you're including advice for play in this. This episode alone has taught me so much about how to handle combat and scene challenge, how to use moves properly and how to handle weak hits. I'm so happy to finally be watching this!

I'm going to be honest here. I loved Archer and Luna. I felt more connected to them than I ever expected to in another person's playthrough. When you started this season, I was really unsure about the character of Gideon. Even during episode 1 I didn't know if I'd be as invested in this season as the previous two. But this episode convinced me. I'm really going to enjoy this adventure.

Got to love him leaning into being a scoundrel 😂 I was sad to see the end of the last season but this one is fantastic! I’m loving the more light hearted tone. There’s some great comedy moments.

What a flight! I am amazed we made it off the roof and away from the manor. That was enjoyable. I almost anticipated to meet - not the head of the guards but - the merchant we antagonized earlier to be standing t the head of the stairs huffing and puffing and joining the fray. Also shout out for your support of men's mental health issue awareness. I recognized the T-Shirt. :)

I’ve always preferred guile heroes over action ones, and Gideon is shaping up to be a great one. Loved this episode! I imagine there will be many opportunities to activate the monkey as the campaign continues

Thanks for not actually cutting the fragment betweeen 11:30 and 12:09 despite you said you've do it :) I think there is some good piece of advice there guiding how to evaluate "Pay the Price" move to not cripple the narrative with poor choices. In addition to that, I'm hooked on the story and can't wait for next episode!

Hi, I like the story telling and enjoy your show. One question to the move 20:18 gain ground. The roll was a 2 on the Action Die and the challenge dice had 10 and 1. For me this would have been a strong hit with a match (the 10 equals a 1). And not a weak hit. Did I miss something? Thank you again for this wonderful show!

Hey there! A 10 on the dice is in fact, a 10 and not a 1. A 10 can’t be beaten with any action score!

@@thebadspot Thanks for the answer. I thought it is a d10 with 10, 20, 30, etc. Do I understand correct that this die had 1, 2, 3, 4,...,10? So the 10 is the 0 or 00. Thanks

@LD-gc4qg yeah most people will roll a d10 and a d100 when playing with physical dude because the two often come as a pair, but for clarity I use two d10s on my digital roller.

I’m going to be a pedant again. 😂 and I love the story so just ignore me. It’s just the way my brain works to think, “would that work?” She must be insanely heavy to wield that arm. Strength alone won’t change inertia. To stop him in full flight would require either mass or enhanced leg and body strength. Don’t change anything as it’s great fun though!
