Seer and Rampart need nerfed bad. Rampart shouldn't be able to move as fast as she can while shooting her ult. Tbh I don't think she should be able to run and shoot it at all. And seer just makes no sense on his tactical canceling enemy heals and res. It should be a ping and nothing else. His ult could be a lil shorter but idc about that as much as his tactical. If rampart can move with her ult out as fast as she can then it shouldn't slow caustic, Gibby or Bangalore when they have their lil ass "grenade" to throw... Like it's not heavy...
