No need for physical chemistry, but for organic you have to read ncert at the end since Pankaj sir teaches all the physical properties at the end. So you will be needing NCERT at that time.

You should see what portion of chemistry is weak by doing proper mock test analysis and then you can study your weak portions again. You still have plenty of time for weak topics.

It is a little harder with giving out 4+ hours of time to practice. But you have to make your own timetable accordingly and extract some time during rest days or night time maybe. Try KZbin Lectures for concepts.
