What make you think that he’s acting? How do you know that he only know just java and spring? Stop saying behind somebody back and judging others. Just keep learning and respect, even your senior dev is actually acting, at least he knew about what’s he acting!

Yes time is good … But I think you can get faster to senior with dedicated effort. Growing your skills, trying to work in a lot of different technologies and solving a lot of different problems.

So what should i learn forst? Im doing python 100 Days right now. Then planned to do a java course and then lastly algorithm and data structures. But I don’t know if I want to do front end back end. I’m just sure I want to work as a software engineer 🤦🏼‍♂️😂

Yeah the problem is having experience will not get you through the tech interview where you might be asked questions about things you never use at work.
