After this latest patch the strongest build I can see is with 3 star grimtouch, 3 star flaming wizard, 3 star goddess of light. Lose streak early using priest and don't level-up so you have more chance rolling these to 3 star. After you have the 3 star low cost items then level-up to add 4 divinity and then 4 priest. This build is strong in queen rank so try it out if you like. One relic allows you to roll cards lower than your level and this is helpful if you can get it.
