How were you able to make them move in sync? Like how was the able to correct their timing?

First, there must be a 1 trusted person to perform the actions as "visual/action guide." When the action guide is performing the movements, he/she must act with the audio of your speech choir and the action guide must be MIRRORED, so that the members will know when to move for timing and how to perform the action well. After that send the action guide to your member. In our case, we individually record our video in a landscape layout. In terms of performing the actions, if possible the members will play the action using tv and audio of the tv must be audible, so that if the members will act they will be able to be synchronized with the action guide. Alternatively, the members must memorize the actions of when to move and how to perform well the actions (hand extension, etc.) and if the members will record the video or perform now the actions they must play the audio loudly, so that the video editor will easily edit the timing of each member's videos.

hello! how did u make the voices go in sync? we are also asked to do an online speech choir but we dont have an idea how to make our voices synchronized

Based on what we did, we first have 1 person to record first as the "main voice" then after the main voice have recorded fully, we send the main voice to the other members. Next, if the members are going to record their voice, they need to have atleast 2 devices and earphones (1 for listening and 1 for voice recording) wherein, in playing the main voice use 1 side of the earphone1 for listening and other 1 side of the earphone2 to record the voice. In that, the members must be able to be synchronized with the main voice.
