Hi, Niacinamide with EUK 134 is the old formulation and they have reformulated it with matmarine.. niacinamide with matmarine is more potent then euk134.. And matmarine is a biotechnological ingredient to reduce excess sebum and helps to reduce pores and improve skin tone.. Also niacinamide euk 134 has been temporarily discontinued by the brand.. Hi. There are various types of dark circles and needs to be addressed accordingly.. and in most cases eye creams and serums doesn’t work.. however ordinary caffeine eye serum is good 😊
