Was just going to say this if no one else had. First of all, the subject matter is fascinating. Man, there's way too many guitar amp channels, and some of them are jerks. But I don't think I've run across a synth repair shop before. I looked at your history and was shocked there weren't dozens of videos. MORE PLEASE.

Why is this so fascinating? I have no idea, but you two are truly among the Blessed.

Very very cool:) I love anything divide down! Your modification reminds me of an idea I had to build a sequencer that plugs into the multi pin bass pedal socket on my farfisa organs. One day I'll get around to it!

It's Rick Moranis' stunt double! Interesting video. I'm a guitar player, but I'm fascinated by synths and 70's rock. Unfortunately I've spent all my money on guitar gear and don't have any left to buy any of the nice synths I'd like to start on as a beginner like the Moog GrandMother I've seen lately. Really really liked your other video detailing the inner workings of a Mellotron. I shall subscribe!

I remember spending a Saturday getting all the oscillators set up correctly in a Heathkit organ that had just been donated to a friend's church. It was very finicky and every adjustment seemed to affect the other oscillators.

Amazing design! Multiplexers make every design better. I was wondering if you were going to use a priority encoder in lieu of an ADC to address the multiplexer. Very clever using empty channels of the multiplexer as rests

if the sequencer had rotary switches for each step or something that would have worked, but each step is just an analog CV so we had no logic values to work with... the voltage had to be digitized first!

A little beyond my technical comprehension, but I have several combo organs and string machines that would be interesting for this.

lol hi Rich! it's a bunch of MFOS and Buchla circuits in a box from a thrift store, looking a little worse for wear at the moment but always a work in progress. Darian's been swapping different circuits in and out of it for about 6 years now!

..Or I could just use a VSTi keyboard plugin, so vintage enthusiasts can scold me and tell me what I'm missing because I'm not using 'the real thing'.
