Nice game and i agree, some additional premium ships at lower levels would be a good grounding for the higher tiers and help newer players enhance battle skills. Who knows? It may yet happen...

Has to be my favourite t4 premium cruiser. A nightmare for battleships in open water 🔥 Not all players will post their results on wowsbuilds, but I guess it can be used as a close reference for comparison. I think tactical angel got over 4k xp in the Marblehead .

Well... the HE did the job on that carrier. I suppose if I had a broadside cruiser to shoot at...
