the problem here with these things is they way to expensive and mostly never ever be gluten free.

I'm gluten and lactose free, most of them in the shop are gluten free and lactose free. I brought back ten different varieties. I don't think 4 meals for a tenner is bad, They have went up in price, Of you buy loose in the shop it's more expensive than buying then box, If you buy vegetables packed like tomatos zucchini peppers then it could be cheeper but you will need to cook double of find other meals the same veg works in .
