Record your location and blink, in 4 second you can use the skill again to blink to the previous saved spot

@@meruem-f7n it gives an enemy a time bomb which will explode in 3 secs or if enemy got hit by 4 skill/basic of yours, hitting enemy during this time with your basic atk and other skill will add 100% more damage of the ult, max is 500%.

Yeah. Only the ultimate plus 3rd skill and perhaps the 2nd as for damage. But harley doesnt have that PUSH Skill.
