1994 model, got one in mint condition. Hardly used but i love it, would like to know if poss to convert to a pick up body..
@SuperFastRc Жыл бұрын
Yes you would just need the front rustler body mount
@ickleshouse Жыл бұрын
@@SuperFastRc wow, thanks for the reply dude, other than the body mount ? what about wheel tyre combo etc.... bandits front wheels a skinny...
@SuperFastRc Жыл бұрын
You should be able to put rustler or stampede front wheels on it. The rear of the bandit has the narrow arms

I still have mine from when I was a kid. I have used it hard over the years but still haven’t broken anything yet. I’m not going to stop using it until it breaks because I didn’t buy it as a kid to collect it. But nice car

The transmission had only one metal gear. That was the top input gear. The other two were plastic and it had no bearings, only bushings. Rear hubs carried 5x8mm bushings not 5x11mm as the newer (post brushless) models. I'm sure there are more differences but those are what I remember.

One of the best R/C's of all time, back when buggies used to look like buggies!

The new bandits are pretty much same as this one right ? Just different colors and different transmission
@SuperFastRc2 жыл бұрын
Pretty much, same design with newer electronics that support LiPo batteries. Thats really it.

You can upgrade your older model to the newer model. Wording at a hobby shop through the years I helped several people bring in there 20 year old buggies. I loved helping them upgrade to the new sects.

Depends, if you have a mechanical speed control (MSC) it could be worn or the servo could be failing.
