The only non-sired vampire is Hayley, because the action of taking/drinking blood to turn is the link between the sired lines. Hayley was turned by Hope's blood and magic that was still in her own body when she died just after giving birth to her. That's why she never drank blood to become a vampire. Each vampire turned by Hope will be linked to her sired line, like the other originals.
