The look on Klaus's face broke me, he felt so bad for Bex. Can't imagine having a wave of regret hit you like that, to know & finally realize you're the root cause in their relationship problems. If he would have just let them be then none of this would have came to pass. His need to control her lead to so many issues between them and others they both loved and cared for. I felt bad for all three in this scene. Marcel having to say to Rebekah he is with someone that he deeply cares for. Bex having to hear the love of her life is committed to another. Klaus having to witness his own making of hurt and pain between his baby sister and his best friend/son.

Yes it did! You could see he didn't want to say out loud he was in a relationship, it was almost like he was admitting it to himself at that moment for the first time. Josh even notices later that night "This about Sofya or Rebekah" he knew what Marcel's issue was. Then just like that, he's back to trying to be as close to Bex as possible, so much so that Sofya knows he will never be done with the Mikaelson's ever! It was time for her to leave, before she got to deep in love with Marcel.

If Marcel ever used his full power and went for the kill he won't have much trouble beating Klaus, he was easily kicking the crap outta Klaus Kol and Elijah 3v1. And in the house fight the minute he got serious he easily disarmed and threw Klaus away before Elijah intervened, only for Elijah himself to quickly get overpowered. Rebekah may be an Original but be realistic, she ain't all that impressive in a fight especially compared to her brothers. She struggled with Aya for fuck's sake whereas Elijah was easily bearing the shit outta Aya and could've ended her many times. Her literal only use in a scenario where she and Klaus are fighting Marcel is that Marcel could never bring himself to even hurt her, much less kill her regardless of circumstances, at most he'd just push her out of the way and focus on Klaus which would give her a chance to use the dagger, a stake, or break his neck and that's IF, Marcel doesn't put her on her ass beforehand. But if Marcel was bloodlusted then no, Klaus and Rebekah together are not beating him.

She was daggered the entire time, she was not aware that any of that had taken place. When Haley pulled the dagger out she was still hexed and didn't have much time before it would take control of her. That's when she learned of what happened, then right after that she and her siblings were placed in Freya's dream world linked to Klaus. So for 5 years she was able to come to terms with what happened. When she got out they went to retrieve their brother. To say she deserved to be in pain for learning her love is now in a serious relationship with someone is wrong. You're putting blame on her when she had no say so in the matter. She would have sided with Klaus to not harm Davina...plus she liked her, didn't jump bodies when linked with Davina because she didn't want anything to happen to her. She 100% would have went against that.

Plus it's not really verified Haley told her all of what happened, just that crap was hitting the fan and she was the only one that could help. She told him to explain what was going on and her point to Marcel was that he never fancied himself the all mighty power, he was always diplomatic. He also told her the man she knew was "long gone" so her attitude changed towards him. She said she could not justify nor defend any of them and the choices they made it's how they respond to threats, doesn't make it right but he knew that. He was not seeing past his anger (which is understandable) I'm not saying that she shouldn't see his side, she did, he was blind to see hers. They both had valid points (in their own mind) of what took place and the effects of those choices. All they wanted was Klaus back, he could have N.O. they didn't care about that. Marcel however did and his excuse to why he was keeping Klaus was BS, she knew it and so did he. Her hurt of knowing he moved on would be any ones reaction to finding that out in the manner in which she did. She also gave him the steak, so she understood and accepted it that he moved on, but that doesn't mean it's not going to hurt her. Marcel was also hurt by saying that to her. He didn't want to, which means to me he was somewhat ashamed. But yes, Bex can be downright spoiled at times, but she has one of the biggest hearts out of the Mikaelson siblings.
