With Hope facing a life-threatening affliction and deteriorating quickly, Klaus travels to Mystic Falls to seek help from Caroline. Tasked with keeping Hope preoccupied in Mystic Falls, Elijah comes to a heartbreaking realization about his niece. Meanwhile, at the Salvatore School for the Young and Gifted, a run-in with Alaric Saltzman throws a wrench into Klaus' plan.

In the first scene Hope is barely keeping it together seeing her father suffer , her whole demeanor was like she just wanted to rip the world apart. Danielle did a wonderful job at acting Hope Mikaelson.

Simply, actors who were playing characters for more than 3 years they get tired of playing the same role all along. If I am not mistaken Phoebe (Hayley) she asked to be removed from the Originals to find another role as Leah did (Cami) Sometimes these deaths are because of the writers and sometimes are the actors asking to be removed 😕 Would have been amazing to let Klaus live with Hope at least a couple of years compensating that he couldn't be with her in her childhood or again in her teenage years. Always and Forever. And No, I am not crying 😢

There are just so many things in the last season that really didn't work out for me... Performance wise it's great... But the story line just seemed absurd for me... I get Klaus dying... But Elijah... That's just a bit point less for me... Freya and Keelin wedding also... If there were to be any wedding at all... I think it should be Rebekah's... The final season really didn't do justice tonthe previous ones in my opinion

@@DopamineMax Going by the show in the past few seasons. Every time they ask Elijah what he plan on doing with his immortality after Klaus get his Salvation. He just answers he don't know. He also said He didn't see a future for himself. It Seems over the years, he dedicated his whole life purpose around reaching Klaus redemption. In when Klaus got it at the end, which equals death. He wasn't going to let him die alone. I personally think he did it for 3 reasons. Klaus, Hayley and to break his parents curse. He did say we never ask to be this way in the final episode.
