Don’t get me wrong, I definitely like Fergus on his own. However, I can’t help but feel like his spot could’ve been filled by Neil. Of all the characters from the RWS who didn’t make it onto the show, Neil would’ve been one of the easier ones to make a model of.

TrainBoy, Fergus' model is in safe hands and is privately owned. He first appeared at the Bournemouth gauge 1 show alongside the replica models of Thomas and Percy. He works fully and is living a happy life 😀

Actually the blue circle hasn’t been at the RH&W since 2018. And if you wanted the names of all of the heritage railways and such that owned him (even the cement works they owned him before it was bought out by associated Portland) I wrote the wiki article about it.

Hopefully soon!! Unfortunately when I took my trip to Edison I ended up trading his chassis (only his chassis not his body shell haha!) for a Stepney model. Unfortunately I just haven’t gotten his new chassis yet. :( HOWEVER, tomorrow I plan to hopefully release a James that’s more or less in the style. Percy I’m hoping will be sooner than later I’ve just found the Peckett chassis harder to obtain as of recent. Thank you for asking and sorry this was so much haha! :)

It's sad how many characters during this era of Thomas were introduced (Billy, Madge, Dennis, Nelson, Flora, Molly, Hector, Fergus, Isabella, etc) but never got brought back to the series. They could've had some serious potential when they moved to full-on CGI.

A pretty interesting history on Fergus the traction engine he is a pretty good character despite that he only appeared in season 7 because his model is damaged during the Landslide sequence on bill Ben and Fergus I had always and always and always wanted Fergus at first I was literally thinking about using a wooden railway Fergus or Take Along Fergus or even maybe making my own custom but then I found the perfect one which I got for Christmas last year which is the Ertl version and I'm going to be honest with you Fergus is the best UK exclusive model in my opinion.

If Fergus’ gauge 1 was damaged after the episode Bill, Ben, and Fergus, why couldn’t the crew just build another model of Fergus. Then he would have appeared more in model series and maybe returned in the CGI series. I wish they did that or build a stunt model of Fergus during the rockslide scene. His model would have appeared more until the end of the model era before switching to CGI. Think about it.
