There is a proverb that if a dog bites a person it is not news but if a person bites a dog its BIG news. We are used to children being brats and misbehaving and parents sternly chastising them for their behavior but near the end of the story the MOTHER was having a temper tantrum and being a brat and it was her CHILD who was acting like the parent and telling her to behave herself.
