I got to go to a meet the GM event for season ticket members a couple of months, and I got to hear Ran’s perspective of the hiring process with Brian. I’ve got to say it was one of the coolest experiences I could have as a football fan, and I’m extremely excited about this year after hearing the plan that Ran laid out! Brian is just so likeable. Can’t help but root for this guy. Even if for some reason he does not succeed I don’t think his effort or care will ever be in question. This guy is going to be a head coach for a long time.
