I was especially interested in some of the sites. I wish that I knew where they were. But good job! Lots of interesting things to look at.

Called it home for 7 fantastic years. Seven hurricanes was interesting too :)

Started school there in 1962. Lived there off-and-on for quite a few years between 1962 and 1983 or so. Went back in the 90s and once about 6 years ago. Sister lives there.

Excellent video. We are going to the outer banks in March 2020 and I was looking for a little video to see what to expect. Your video exceeded my expectations. Great filming. Thank you 😊 👍🏼

Thank you for your kind comment Ginger! I really appreciate it. We found visiting OBX in March is still a bit cool weather wise, but not nearly as crowded as 'in season.' While you're at it, check out our YT travel channel: Offbeat Discoveries. In it we explore unconventional places to see and things to do in the Carolinas. Hope you enjoy trip!! First time visiting OBX?

The show 'Outer Banks' on Netflix is a big hit and is sure to bring in more tourism.

The show wasn't filmed in the real Outer Banks because of the “bathroom bill” in North Carolina. Instead, it was filmed in and around Charleston, South Carolina.
