The Outfitter Truck Bed Kayak Rack by Boonedox

The Boonedox Outfitter allows transport of kayaks above the rail of a pickup truck bed. Stack two kayaks double decker style, or just put a kayak up to 115 lbs on the Outfitter, and have your entire bed space for other gear.

At to 20 minute mark you were struggling with the j hook. Would it be possible to use the Toyota bed cleat or something similar to install that j hook?
