I miss them so so much. honestly i HAD to accept the fact that they are just 100x better as individuals eventually and it was hard to accept it when they released the hiatus statement. Camila has 3 albums Lauren released Prelude last year, Ally is releasing music, Normani and dinah are working on their albums and i wish all of them the success they all deserve. those women went through alot together. glad they got their much needed break from 5H. i love them.

I just really got into Fifth Harmony and I’m so glad you talked about their over sexualization!! I saw Dinah for the first time in the All in My Head video I immediately thought “Oh, she’s supposed to be the sexy one.” Rewatching their videos and doing the math on their ages, it’s crazy how young they were with the songs and videos they were doing. Lauren met Ty Dolla $ on the WFH video, she was 20 and he was 34 when they were dating. 7/27 is a good album though.
@miag.l1087 Жыл бұрын
I noticed that even though Dinah was the youngest she was usually presented as the most sexy (not every time but a lot). That's creepy when you think about it. I know some people might argue that its okay because its "legal," but just because something is legal it doesn't make it right. They were all very young.

Agree. These teenage girls never saw their families only during the holidays at the end of the year. These girls practically lived their gruelling schedule in high heels the rest of the year.

They were one of the best things in my teenage years, I remember listening all day, trying to learn their dances, in fact for them I started liking dance and decided to start my life as a dancer, nowadays is just a hobby but I enjoy it a lot. I really miss them, I hope just one day the do a reunion, I know they are better separately but the group didn't have a proper disband.
@Jash262 жыл бұрын
I fucking hate Epic for releasing those statements. Everyone thought it's them who posted those, but it was their label to make drama and made the remaining girls the bad guys. Even their performances where someone throws her body down, it's the trashy Epic who did those. After Camila left, they abandon them. What a shame Epic, I hope that shitty label will bankrupt.

As much as Harmonizers want them to come back, it's not possible. It seems that they're over it and they want to move on from their traumatic experience from 5H. A little interaction at least, but not a comeback :(

The girls definitely didn’t have any control what do in the band, they definitely were overworked sexualise and force to a adult. When they are still kids, except for Ally being 18/19 at the time. They were not treated like a person, they were treated like objects and products. No wonder why the band are no longer together anymore, the label company don’t care about them or their mental health. Just as long company make money out of them.

@jamie_ghost.johnson Жыл бұрын
@@bgcrp2005 Yes, she wasn’t mature enough, doesn’t make her a teenager. But yeah, she was still young. So, technically Ally is young adult. Once you turning 18, your technically an adult. Your no longer a teenager, so Ally is no longer a teen. She is an adult, a young adult. Not a teen.

I don't think you can compare an american band, against two british bands. 5H was in the most corrupt market there is, being a girband in the USA became dangerous for them. The girls were forced to show up having anxiety attacks, they had no control over ANYTHING. Little Mix had control over the management of their presentations, tours, books, perfumes, makeup line, songs, outfits. 5H didn't even have what 1D and LM had.

Yes but they wouldn’t had been so successful if they weren’t at every award show and every festival. You have to overwork yourself in the beginning. That’s how you get noticed and gain fans. I came across this by accident and I had to watch it to the end. It was a good run down of 5H's career. Honestly those girls hustled so hard while they were so young. The should have been even bigger tbh. The USA is one of the hardest markets for girl groups. IDK why but the USA doesn't seem to take to girl groups as well as say Europe or Asia. I really wished their management/team had treated them better, even today I can tell all the girls have scars from how harshly they were treated.
