When you first saw Apple Blood did you want to try it? Did you have a feeling there was alcohol in it or were you surprised to learn there was after Dana Terrace said there was? What other food/drink from "The Owl House" do you want us to make? Let us know! Hope you enjoyed the video! Please subscribe if you did, thank you!

I just assumed it was apple juice- since that is literally the blood of the apple. But then in an episode Eda said that it wasn't.
@AlexMartinez-sy1of2 жыл бұрын
I'll probably still refer to apple juice as apple blood now anyways just for funsies. 😂
@KariAustin392 жыл бұрын
I think that's what most of us thought lol. Luz also gave hints that there's something different in it when she mentions Eda acts weird when she drinks too much of it.
@KariAustin392 жыл бұрын
Lol, the main ingredient should be the "blood" of an apple when it comes to apple juice.
@1kemirgen Жыл бұрын
i thought apple blood was implied to be a type of wine hence eda acting like a mother figure and the whole "wine mom" thing LOL

Mama Eda does have lots of kids and considering how much she was drinking with just Luz I can't imagine how much she drinks with all her new kids lol. Probably has a much bigger tab at Grimgrub's Pub too, much to Kevin's scorn.

@mostlyreformednecromancer9 ай бұрын
@@KariAustin39Many things. The chaotic nature of the Boiling Isles that wonder if Monty Python was involved in the design. The way the Owl Beast curse was used throughout Eda’s storyline. And of course how adorable Luz and Amity are together should go without saying

This is a really helpful tutorial! I'm the only one old enough to drink in my family that doesn't, so I've been looking for a non-alcoholic recipe I can make at family gatherings. Can't wait to try it!

Instructions unclear, ended up making Apple Blood jello shots
@KariAustin39 Жыл бұрын
Oh no, sorry it ended up becoming jello shots. Maybe there was too much gelatin when you made it? For the 3 cups of cranberry juice I used 1 packet of Knox gelatin, which is .25 oz. I tested the recipe numerous times to ensure its consistency as used in the video.
@VanNessy97 Жыл бұрын
@@KariAustin39 that was a joke sorry, I meant that I wanted to make jello shots out of this recipe
@KariAustin39 Жыл бұрын
Ahhh, haha. You could make jello shots out of it. Simply need to add more gelatin and you'll have jello shots, 3 packets total.

If i threw a stag party, i would have the non-alcoholic apple blood. I know some people don't do non-alcoholic, but trust me. It'll be way easier than having someone being designated driver.

As they say, time heals all wounds. It's sad The Owl House ended but it's great to be able to stream all the episodes now to enjoy it all at once. Hopefully Dana will made another show for all of us to enjoy or maybe continue the storyline in comic form.

Would replicating the fairy pie be too difficult? It's also from The Owl House and as the name suggests, it's made of fairies
