1:42 i think its the finisher for windstorm fury. (Here's what I think happens) So u use windstorm fury and then when it launches u up your character flies up and slams the opponent down and u use like flame magic burning the opponent alive or smth

Plz don’t hate but unpopular question: Since tasumaki is the closest you can get to a hero hunter in terms of strength, cant hero, and maybe some other characters be debuffed? I mean TSB debuffed 3 out of the 4 moves she has while most only have 1 slightly changed, and her ult kinda sucks ( unless they remove the fact saitama can fly if he death counters during cosmic, and that hero can teleport when tatsu uses stone grave but that one is for base )
