Ukraine attacked its own citizens in the Eastern part of their country in spring 2014. Since then, there has been a civil war going on in Ukraine with the support of the United States and Great Britain in first place. Ukraine killed about 14,000 civilians in 8 years while the civil war was going on, including about 240 children from less than 1 to 17 years old, and this continues now every day when Ukraine bombs its citizens destroying their fellow citizens' homes. Russia became a participant in the crisis in Ukraine on February 24 2022, when Russia led its troops into Ukraine to protect the Donbass and the Lugansk regions' defenders. Yaroslav (Shaman) wrote this song on 2nd January 2022. I've listend his interview shot 2 days ago, he said this song just came once to him in his brain with music, and he finished it to the final version during 4 days. And he was surprised by himself because he's been writing songs for many years (very few of them were publushed by this time), and these songs were mostly lyrical or romantic, but this one was completely different, patriotic, unexpectedly for him, he said like the song was given to him from somewhere.. a song about lost and belowed ones...Another song of him "I'm Russian" was published few days ago and just blew up russian youtube, and has another sound, dynamic and very energetic, like a "proud" song. By the way, Yaroslav has education in folk music and higher education in pop vocal music, he's also composer and has more than 15 years experience in public singing by his age of 30.
