In India it is probably better to club all Engg branches into IT branch ultimately mostly they end up in IT black hole. World establishments seem to be keeping India as IT Nursery farm. My neighbour city was full of industries of paper, steel etc., now for the last 10 years all have systematically closed by our politicians and policy makers.

I didn't solved much leetcode problems as you do. I mostly liked development part. hi . your videos changed my life , a year ago after watching one of your video i decided to get a bit of IT understanding and by the time i got addicted to IT tutorials . a year ago i had 0 IT knowledge and now i am good at php and python. I wanted to be a Software Engineer, but I thank God for my internship period, it was an eye opener into the Corporate World allowing me to pick Data Career over Software/Web Development. - First, Software Engineering is HARD, you require more brain functionality than the average employee to do your job, yet other careers not even trying as hard make as much or more than you. - Second, the Interview process for Software Engineers is like they looking for the next Albert Einstein, and this is very unfair when other careers get tested on how to add 1 +1 in Excel. For these reasons, I decided to pursue a career outside Software Engineering and so far, I'm happy with my decision.

I've been doing software since I was 16. I'm almost 42 now. I've seen things shift over the years. In my opinion software developers have become a commodity - which effectively means a race to the bottom for rates. OR filtering down to the top 0.0001% people. I'm considering guiding my children towards physical professions such as Home Construction as that shit is in demand - no race to the bottom. The value that software engineers once brought is diminished.
