Eddie, it looks like you're really enjoying your travels. You need to head to Makula Mountain region from a Nepal born, raised Tibetan woman I met today. She said that it was her hometown. Her parents live in Khatmandu. Highly recommended.

My favorite dessert is baba au rhum, the French equivalent of gulab jamun. It is rum syrup soaked cake balls with whipped cream. Luckily, it's a hard to find dessert, and I'm not into baking sweets unless requested. The falafel looked really good.
