The Panasonic Lumix DMC-G2

Ok, it's 2018, and my stuff isn't the latest. Of course my Canon 6D gives a better picture quality when it's needed, but that doesn't necessarily mean better pictures. When travelling, in the G2 I have a camera that's lighter, easier to lose, and easier to use, especially with the flip screen. The D6 can't be beaten for resolution and low light, hand held, possibilties, but I don't score pictures on the move like I do with the G2, which is still sharp enough, and gives me better saturated blue sky tones, for some reason.

That "S" in the video at 2:35 is "Shutter priority" right????

Yes the S shown on the mode dial is for the shutter priority mode.

@alyal6969 You can buy more lenses for the G2 right here at B&H. The Lumix DMC-G2 takes all Micro Four Thirds lenses by Panasonic, Olympus and others.

do you really think the S on the dial is semi manual. Its manual, shutter, aperture then program 2:32

I cannot record because the camera tells me check setting for record button in custom setting. And I can’t find that

Try a reset from the MENU settings to restore the camera to its original factory defaults. >Mark

panasonic camras are made for cheap skates like me, any one can afford to buy one used s long as its old as the hills ..jeff
