You are teaching a false Gospel, salvation is not by works, but by faith.

You are absolutely right that salvation is by faith. It's important to understand, the Greek word, "pistis" that we translate "faith" is about trusting loyalty to our King. So, it is not a workless faith, but an active faith, as James also elaborates in James 2. We do not save ourselves by doing works, but anyone who has a living faith will be active in doing works. Those without works are also without faith.

No, the man who is thrown out isn't a literal or specific person. It is a parable about those who want to be part of the banquet when Jesus comes, but who are not preparing themselves by living according to the way of Jesus.
