The lift lobby entrance looks "luxury" but unfortunately the unit looks not "luxury"at all and it's not about the furnishing that make the place below par!!.. The tiles in the bathroom walls looks cheap and what a surprise to see tiles on the floor of the salon!! 😮 Could have had marble on the floor for instance. The kitchen in the corner such a mistake, should have been an open kitchen!. In short, won't never buy unit there : the only good point is the connection to the mall. Outside looks nice, the inside no so much.

Lift lobby looks grand and spacious, the double volume certainly helped. Yeah, agreed that the lobby looked better than the unit.

Thanks for the compliments. Ahh, this is a really old video, for my channel. Using old equipment, shaky... 🤣 I did a review of a new property around this vicinity - Tropika Bukit Jalil. That is impressive too, the view of the golf course beside, although no where near as luxurious as this. It is a 'Pavilion' after all, this property.

Yes, the Type C, 3+1 bedroom unit, also a dual key unit has a balcony. Interested? I know of an agent which stays there and hence, can really help in getting a unit.

I really regret owning a unit here, my first "airbnb" kind of unit, I really regret. Tenant don't really give a crap about the house, wear and tear is really disaster. When I first saw the units types, all small, I know this project is 100% for investment rather than own-stay. If I could go back in time, I would pick those projects that's balance, not the fully "airbnb" type. Really regret, waste money. Good thing I sold but still lost

Question: Did you rent out your unit as a AirBnB unit? Or you rented it out long term but because the condo is a AirBnB hotspot? Sounds like you rented it out as a AirBnB unit? Not common to hear that a AirBnB unit having heavy wear and tear, since AirBnB guest are short term stays with next to zero move-in items. Units are also supposed to be clean every time a tenant check-outs. Hence, a clean and tidy unit impression, every time a new tenant check-in, will psychologically mold the guest to take care of the unit. If anything, I think it would be just a handful of customers or maybe just one particular customer that would have caused the majority of damages suffered. Am also surprised that this unit will be a AirBnB hotspot. Doesn't look like one and it certainly isn't operating as one. Probably just a mild case with majority still non-AirBnB? Those that are very obvious, are the those on commercial titles and with layouts that are purely meant for short-term @ AirBnB operations. The likes of Face Platinum Suites along Jalan Sultan Ismail, Expressionz along Jalan Tun Razak or even Atlantis Melaka. Those are literally 100% AirBnB, with even check-in counters being set up in the lobby itself!

If this interior is called luxury, our hdb flats in basic reno in singapore are better.

Was actually referring to the development as a whole, as luxurious, not the unit's furnishing. This particular unit is pretty bare actually. Nevertheless, dollar to dollar (without converting), I reckon the property in Malaysia would be much cheaper?

Can't comment on a HDB flat in Singapore as I haven't seen a new one. Those that I've visited are old sub-sale one. That being said, am curious to know how would a new one be. Probably an interesting project for me to review a new HDB unit and compare it to Malaysia's affordable housing program here. Any idea how I can get my hands on one to review?
