Thank you so much Safiya, The thing is- media loves showing negativity because that's what they make money from. We have discovered a raw and beautiful side of Pakistan and can't wait to show it to you all. I actually took probiotics (powder for Inaya- capsules for myself)- these were the non refrigerator type. I also took an immune support tablet daily which has Lysine, Garlic and echinacea - and that made sure we were feeling 100% while travelling. Do visit my Immy Maryam KZbin too because I talk about this stuff in detail there. Also we only had BOTTLED WATER- No exceptions :) Immy
