Problem with flexing games are the travel plans that people make around games. You get work off, book a hotel and travel costs, and buy the tickets. Game gets flexed and now sure you still have tickets but who is covering the hotel and flights that now can't be used? Not everyone can afford to eat that loss and still go to the game
