@@Doug43 The Laker GM is the one who told other teams not to draft him. I'm sure his LeBron and Bronny had already worked this out with the GM. Bronny wasn't looking to get drafted higher or lower, he wanted to get drafted by his dad's team. If Bronny or LeBron was really hoping for anything else, they would have already spoken up. There would have been a tweet saying "I can't believe they colluded with other teams to stop Bronny from being drafted sooner! We are preparing legal action!" If you think about it, that draft went exactly how LeBron and Bronny planned it. Your point about wanting to be drafted sooner makes perfect sense 99.99% of the time. A higher draft pick equals more money etc. But this is a weird situation and not only is LeBron a billionaire, Bronny is a multi millionaire through NIL deals. It's a weird situation. You calling it an outlier is a great way to phrase it because it's definitely a one time situation. Have a good day brother.
