For over 50 years I’ve followed the path of meditation but this message and the teachings of Thay have helped me to understand myself more than anything. Thank you 🙏

I recently had a back surgery, fixing the pinched nerve on my disk/spine. And that pressure on the spinal nerve kept my body from feeling sensations into my legs. That disconnection brought me so much frustration. Thankfully my practice helped me to allow the energy to flow throughout my body as best I could. Now that the surgery is done I feel the sensations into my legs and feet and because of my practice I have a very profound understanding of energy in my body. My awareness of the nerves in my entire brain and body are now open and free. Although my body wasn't free like it is now, my mind was like a big knot that was slowly being untied. Now unfettered, the flow of the pathways are uninhibited. But either flowing or not it's ok. Because mindfulness and concentration can bring the ease and peace into either situation. Whichever way we look at it, things that impede our path can be the biggest teachers. The path is the teacher. The path is the insight. The path is liberation. 🙏

Dear Su Co Dang Nghiem, you have such a gift for teaching, and for healing. I am an elder with chronic pain and dysfunction from EDS, fibromyalgia, arthritis, and untreated Lyme, as well as a past with much trauma. Buddhism as already relieved me of chronic depression and taught me to experience joy and happiness and to relieve much pain as well. Now you give me hope that I can transform my neuronal pathways and leave much of my pain and fatigue behind me for good. Deepest respect and gratitude, Su Co. 🙏

Thank you so much for this wonderful Dharma talk. I am currently reading your book Flowers in the Dark which I am finding extremely healing. I am a survivor, like you, and am so grateful for the work you are doing to heal so many people. This talk was a continuation of the theme of the book and I am crying tears of pain and joy as I listen to your beautiful voice 🙏❤️🙏

Thank you dear sister Dang Nghiem for this beautiful life transforming Dharma talk. Weaving from basic concepts of the Dharma to a beautifully clear description of neurophysiology and Neuro plasticity and then back to the Buddha’s teaching shed much light on my own practice. And it also shed new light on how to help help women who in part because of neuro pathways reinforced by trauma and social defeat are vulnerable as they age to increasing anxiety, depression, and even dementia and Alzheimer’s as they age. I am very grateful. And so happy I chose to listen to this talk this New Year’s Eve.❤️🙏❤
