A lovely video and it was great to hear from Marc's cousin (I hope she is well 23 years on ?) I was born in 80" but got into his music with the 91' re-releases. I then started collecting the original 70s vinyl and joined the fan club (still have a poster from the fan club which is now framed in my hobby studio). I have noticed some comments regarding the audio quality/not being able to rebalance the final audio mix? That is now possible through the wonders of modern technology with programmes such as spectral layers or isotope rx8. Thanks for the upload.

Sadly could only watch about 20 minutes of this. Found it really interesting but it was spoiled by the continual repetition of the same background riff (instrumental of Teenage Dream?) Seems strange to have gone to so much trouble to produce an interesting factual documentary and use the same piece of music over and over. What was he thinking? Copyright problems maybe?....

Phil Lynott collapsed at his home: Pagoda House, 184 Kew Road, Kew, Richmond, just before Christmas 1985. It was his mother, Philomena, who discovered him and called his estranged wife. She rushed him to a drug clinic at Clouds House near Shaftesbury, where the clinicians took one look at him and sent him quickly on to Salisbury Infirmary. He later died there on January 4 1986.

@@jeremyhartnell4802 Right ok....I have just read a June/July article with you from this year re: he Bass etc. The article says that you bought it from Mickey Finn in 2008, however Finn died in January 2003. Unless it was journalist error. My understanding is that the bass was brought back to England by Steve's then partner and left with a musician called David Mills. I guess he must have sold it on.
