Thank you Lilou for making it possible to share such deep wisdom and guidance. It is so inspiring to feel, see and hear a living example of what it means to be free, so that we can also find the courage to walk this path of the heart..another reminder that when we trust and be open..the higher vibration changes all ! Thank you Tony

Tony reminded me of Eckhart (also the low, soothing voice). It was Eckhart's book The New Earth that pulled me through the depths at one point in the past. Forever grateful for that blessing that came into my life. I love Eckhart. Thanks Tony and Lilou, great listening.

Great. Some good concepts for beginning to meditate are a) the Heart - when you relax/meditate, you really start to 'enjoy' the sensation of your heart beating. And b) 'space' - exactly what he says: If you have inner space, the outer world looks so much better, cause you're not annotating your vision of, say, this tree, with little judgements. Such as 'I should learn more about trees' or even 'I should really DIG this tree' (no pun intended) so thoughts aren't getting in the way of the beauty.

Very beautiful, thank you for what you do, Lilou! Last Friday I visited my cousin and best friend. As me, she also struggled with her university studies... But that night we were at our country capital city and we were up all night giving mass amounts of high vibrations to all that we met that day and night. We even wrote a list of our problems (about 100 collectively) and burned it down while our feet were in a river at 1.30 a.m. It was magical :D

If you observe children for a few minutes, you will see that they are far better equipped than us adults to reach and stay in high vibrations and clear negative energies. I learn from children all the time and I think that they don't need to meditate or work on intentions. They are doing it naturally if adults don't interfere "teaching" them :) ♥

Lilou, any interest on interviewing AJ Miller from Divine Truth? I'd love to see that! Controversial, yes...but a great message of Love.

Lilou, great videos as usual. I was wondering, what about the children. We as adults can work on intentions, meditations, etc, but small children aren't as adapt to such things, some have difficulty conceptualizing such things. What do the teachers say about children? Do we need to assist them? Or are they just expected to get it? Some are feeling the collective and are in fear. How can we assist them?
