I am not sure if this is the right place for suggestions, but I would like to propose a topic for a future lecture: the theory that AI and robots may become self-aware and develop consciousness. Personally, I do not subscribe to this belief, as I think that consciousness is tied to the existence of a soul, which, as we understand, is a divine gift from God. However, I notice that some atheists advocate for the idea of self-aware machines, potentially due to their differing views on God and the concept of the soul. I was inspired to bring this up after watching your excellent series on the law of attraction, which I found very insightful. Jazak Allah khair for your consideration!
