The skillets that are thicker on bottom like that one is for more even heating, which results in better tasting food. Nice skillet, curious as how much does it weigh. Also noticed you do not need a spoon to flip it. LOL. Thank you very much for the time and work you put in to make these videos, for the recipe and for sharing

@@coydogoutdoors Nah mate you're wrong. "pirat" contains codified information available only to people in the know. Non-millennials will remember at time when there was a character limit on youtube user names (and on comments, which was a very healthy thing for some individuals). In those days people talking like a pirate were forced to adapt and make hard choices, such as which characters to leave out when insisting on a name that was waaay too long and impressive for the format. Over time, however, these choices became markers of identity in many ways, and after all, a stump of a name is quite befitting a pirate. With the hostile google takeover, and sad attempt to pry personal information from youtube users, such reminiscences of the rough but carefree early days, to some, became signifiers of resistance, personal pride and contempt for the Man. It further revealed itself to usefully serve as a certain kind of verbal trap for some people ... =.O
