Awesome meditations ! Thank you, so grateful for you. I have noticed alot lately that my mind constantly tells me I have to "reach samadhi" before I can start teaching others online . The mind is certainly a powerful entity . Really I have noticed self belief and what is true and false . Again the deep layers becoming more exposed and the rose coloured glasses unfogging itself to see hidden aspects of these thoughts that have kept me "stuck" for many months because the mind believes everything that arises wow!!

I, too, love these meditations; they've helped establish a routine practice. The only thing I would change is a less startling ending bell. Thank you!🙏🏾💙

Omg same, i find it difficult to start my day without meditating now. I was about to write a comment about the gong sound at the end too, but my idea was a bit different, haha, I was going to ask @AwakenTheWorldFilm to make a meditation video with only gong sounds every few minutes for those like me who need help reminding us to stay in the mindset of equanimity lol. That being said, this #7 is the one where I was able to finally stop with the fretting and eye rubbing I do during the session. Stay safe, peace!

Yes his guided meditations are awesome, I love them! Soooo very helpful! And lol, sometimes I completely forget about the gong at the end, and it literally scares the crap out of me sometimes. 🤭

If somebody asked me where I wanted to go for vacation, I know exactly where it would be to Daniel's meditation center. To me, that would be the most valuable most precious time one could ask for

Is this type of video meant to be used before sleep? I found myself drifting off in between the spoken word and I want to know if my brain was subliminally digesting while not fully awake. Some believe that our brain absorbs the spoken word subconsciously and benefits from this even more so than while listening attentively.....any thoughts friends? Please leave me a reply.

En français ce serait top. Sinon, faut faire appel au mental pr traduire, ça coupe le délire lol
@lawhadanss4 жыл бұрын
@marie_laurencerichalet82414 жыл бұрын
@@lawhadanss Tu as raison. Moi aussi je comprends assez l'anglais pr ne pas avoir à traduire. C'est qd on parle qu'on utilise plus le mental que qd on écoute 1 langue étrangère. C'est tjrs mon mental qui m'à fait me " plaindre. "Merci pr ton intervention :)

Another way of saying being attentive to what is is Loving What Is. What is is God's creation. Your audience is small because without the experience your words baffle the mind.
