In this full sermon, Bill Johnson teaches keys from David’s early years and his pathway to promotion. God is looking for people with the “heart of a king”; people who will allow Him to purify their hearts and continually refine and establish their identity in Him alone. Self-promotion is all too common in our culture, and can only be sustained through continued self-promotion; it is not God’s best for us.

It hit me like a ton of bricks. I am the oldest child - I do struggle with bouts of jealousy & self promotion. I do remember Him reminding me to submit. I never did like the feeling when I give in to the temptation. Thank you, Father, that you convict me & give me chance to confess… your heart is not condemnation, not to shame or guilt me. You love me with an everlasting love. Your grace is sufficient. I love you, Abba Father.

You know I love the miracles healings and prophetic words, but it's the heart issue stuff I cherish. It may take years for the Lord to bring His promises to pass in our lives. Those years will be full of tests. Our King Jesus laid down His life for us..putting us before Himself..the heart of a Servant in the King of Kings. I should add that I know that sometimes the miracles are heart issues.

Thanks for this Bill. It really spoke to me personally. I got spiritually burnt out working within a chaplaincy team and my intake was minimal. 10 years ago at the same time my wife left me as well and I was devastated. I literally unwisely forsook all, checked our with prophets and church for the move into full-time ministry. We do not know each other, but approx 2021 we chatted in a dream and it was comforting, you were so humble and inspiring. I admittedly now suffer from RSD (rejection!) and it's been tough. I truly believe I will be restored one day. Your words were so wise and true in this video. Thank you. Blessings from a brother named Steve. I will never quit, I am the disciple whom Jesus loves :)

In my younger years I had an ear "mastoid' operation, ive gotten to used to it and its deep cleaning as its like a deeper cave than the other ear, it needs constant cleaning of which i do myself, i would like prayer for that, ive had many touches, but would like more agreement in the anointing and delivery, i recieve in heart and will make sure my vessel gets better reception...thank you..

I've never heard you give a word of Hidradenitis Suppurativa & am asking you to seek the Lord on this. It's not the same as Job's Syndrome but similar. I was diagnosed in 2008 and have been praying for healing over the past year as it seems to get worse with age. Please agree with me in prayer for complete & total healing.

I am dying of a parasitic/fungus systemic infection that the doctors will not help me with, significant tissue loss and this is going faster and faster. Please, can the church please get me there so that I can have hands laid on me? Please, I can tell I don't have alot of time.
