The Patriarch vs. Himself - Trepang2 Jorvik Castle on Hard - No Focus, Infinite Stamina Active

Okay, I gave the Cultists a chance to fight me in the game.
I decided to turn off Focus and turn on Infinite Stamina, as it felt more natural for me this way for a typical challenge in Trepang2. I went with Hard instead of Normal, thanks to my time with doing Extreme and Rage Mode in all of the missions that have cosmetics locked behind them.
Joke aside, I thought I replay Jorvik Castle after listening to the soundtrack, Patty, a bunch of times. It's a pretty cool boss fight theme for the Patriarch! Also a good opportunity to use his Player Outfit again, as well as the Patriarch's Soul Weapon Skin you can unlock if you complete this level on Rage Mode Difficulty. The animated skin is literally what's underneath that four-faced mask of Patty's.
No joke however, Jorvik Castle Rage Mode was "quite the experience". I watched All_Mighty with his deathless run of that and wow, he definitely is a master at Trepang2. I got some good tips on how to play on Extreme and Rage Mode thanks to him, which is how I managed to beat Trepang2's Campaign on Rage Mode!
The hardest parts for me were during the intermission parts between encounters, because of the Cultists lacking Armor drops besides the Armored ones later. I don't "hate them", I just don't like them in comparison to the regular Horizon forces. Also my time in regular Combat Sim Horde Mode gave me a rather negative impression of them before the update happened where your progress gets saved during a run.
The stairs of the burning library were more hard than the Patty Boss Fight itself funny enough. It's mainly because of how the floors were structured and the checkpoints were unforgiving. So I ended up just blitzing through that section until I encountered Sokol: the HVT found in Hard Difficulty onwards.
The neat trick about fighting the Enforcer if you unlocked everything prior to doing Extreme and/or Rage Mode is if you bring along a Minigun with the Smart Scope attachment and only use Shotguns for the initial parts of Jorvik Castle, he's pretty easy. You can avoid a lot of fire from him this way.
For the Patriarch Boss Fight, I thought I make things more interesting in not using the Bolt Launcher, to give him "a fair fight". It was pretty fun this way on Hard Difficulty! The reason why I used the Rifle and one Shotgun instead of Dual Wield is because these weapons are what I used while fighting Subject 107 in Syndicate Final. It seemed more fitting since after all, the Patriarch was a previous version of you made by the Syndicate.
In the future, I'll try to include more Cultist forces in my Survival Runs when appropriate, as I've grown on them some more. Gotta say though: Gianni Matragrano, the voice actor for them as well as several other characters in Trepang2, has one heck of an awesome voice.
