Hello Queeni, Thank you for sharing this video. As a final-year student on placement, I need to provide evidence for PCF 9. I was wondering if you could suggest some ideas for how I can meet this requirement?

Is easy to meet this domain 9, organise a presentation to your team… talk to your supervisor and find a topic and present to group of people. Leadership role, so taking lead in anything is meeting the domain 9.. take a case to a panel and present the issues and take directions on the case, you are meeting Domain 9… hope it clear…

@@QueenieVee Hello Vee, thank you for your response. I am currently placed at a children's centre, but unfortunately, this organization is not aiding in my development. However, I am almost done with my time there. I had an idea to give a 10-15 minute presentation on the development of identity to the staff to support their understanding of diversity, which is linked to PCF 4 and anti-oppressive practice. By understanding diversity, they can better support parents in understanding diversity as well. If you have any suggestions on how to structure my presentation or key points to discuss, I would greatly appreciate your help. Thank you.
