LOVE the hand print art idea!!! I'm definitely going to start implementing that in! We use Letter of the Week by Confessions of a Homeschooler but I love some of your ideas! Thank you for this video! Did you print those art pages out or just write them onto cardstock??

Hi! I've been eyeing this curriculum to start in the fall with my 2 boys. My main question is are all of the weeks nature themed in some way?

Hi!! Every week is not necessarily nature themed. The Peaceful Press does have nature themed unit studies if you are looking for nature themed specifically though! Otherwise, this works through the alphabet A-Z with picture books and activities that pull from whatever letter you are on for the week. Some of them may have nature themes, but that's not the core of them.

Hi! Your videos have been so incredibly helpful to me, so thank you! We also completed peaceful preschool and loved it. My son is turning 6 the beginning of this school year and it will technically be his kindergarten year (he is a september birthday, so on the older side). I am trying to decide whether to move right to "A gentle feast" cycle 1/form 1 or use Playful Pioneers for our year. Do you have any suggestions? I was excited to see you liked TGTB math because that is what I'm planning to do this year too!

Hi Kyndel... I apologize it took me a few days to get back with you! We are in full on summer mode here. It's really hard for me to judge if your son is ready for AGF or not. Only you will know him best ❤️ BUT I do not think that you need to rush childhood either, so there is no harm in doing a gentle kinder year to get him started, especially because boys tend to have a harder time sitting still and play is so valuable to them! I love The Peaceful Press. You could do The Playful Pioneers or even their nature guides along with a solid math and LA curriculum. My son was 5.5 entering his kinder year and we mainly just focused on Math and LA with a bunch of really great books to read and nature study! TGTB Math is excellent and I really don't think you can go wrong there. :) AGF covers a lot of subjects and involves a lot of reading aloud of many books. I know many CM moms jump into Form 1 when their child turns 6 since that's when Charlotte Mason suggested starting school, so you'll have to gauge whether you son is ready for it or not! This review is great! I plan on home preschooling my child and one other friend. My question is - are the lesson plans grid templates editable? You said you kind of skipped around to fit your interests/abilities. We’re you also able to change the formatted lesson plan digitally to match your schedule? Thank you so much for your insight!

These are not editable plans, but it's easy to pick and choose each day or just cross of the things you complete in the week. I simple printed the weekly grid, chose which activities I wanted to do that week with my child and then crossed them off as I went along 🥰 Hope that's helpful!

I once heard the most important letter for your child to know is the first letter of his name. So I have this thought of teaching the letters of my 2.5yo name before going through the alphabet in order. I would love to know your thoughts on attempting this while using this tool

I think that is something that is easily done. Though, I'll admit 2.5 is really young to even worry about letters with right now ❤️ I wouldn't suggest starting TPP until age 4 personally... More like a kindergarten readiness. Just read and play with your 2 year old. 🥰
