Ray was not the killer. It was most likely an FBI hit. The bullet recovered from mlk was a 7.62 and had markings from a rifle with a stainless steel barrel which had an 11.25 inch twist. Ray's rifle only had a 10'' twist. The standard for 7.62 in the military was a 12 inch twist rifling, The army marksmanship unit created stainless barrels that featured a 11.25 twist rate which would not have been found in the civilian market. They were swapping rifle barrels in that caliber at the time to the 11.25 inch twist rate at the time and Marine marksmen unit in Quantico also had them. The FBI trained at the marines base in Quantico. There is an old report that the FBI ordered 5 XM21 rifles which featured a stainless steel barrel with an 11.25 twist rate and one of them got lost. The XM21 is a modified M-14 which is most likely the murder weapon. The people on the balcony recall hearing the rifle go off before the bullet impacted, so it most likely had a suppressor with subsonic ammunition and the noise was made by someone else. The motive behind his assassination would be to stop peace from spreading, peace being hard to profit from.

Judge Brown was wrong on the rifles.. The rifle he claims that was used doesn’t have a 11 1/4 rifling… It’s 10 the same as the Remington and that XM21 did not come out till 1969.. So that can’t be it.. Had to be the Remington
@nitram46 Жыл бұрын
@@johnrhardin6460 You match the bullet by comparing it to another (controlled) bullet fired. Not by calculating rotational velocity.
@johnrhardin6460 Жыл бұрын
@@nitram46 I know that.. I never said that’s how you do it.. the lands & groves in the rifling determines the twist..They can determine by firing a bullet if it came from a rifle that has a 1:10 or say 1:8 rifling.. And I’m sure you already know that.. Judge Brown said the rifle that was used was not the Remington 30-06 that they have which has a 1:10 twist.. The one Judge Brown claims that was the actual weapon a XM21 7.62 x 51 .. He said that had a 1:11 twist which it doesn’t.. It has a 1:10 twist same as the Remington.. And yes they would have to fire a round from the rifle they have and match it to another bullet fired from the same rifle and look and the land & groves plus any markings that may be in the barrel such as a scratch/ defect.. I should have worded things differently.. Just meant to say it couldn’t have been from a XM21 rifle if he’s claiming it has a 1:11 rifling.. I’m sure they have a bullet from a rifle that has a 1:10 twist I think the judge is kind of saying that isn’t the bullet they pulled from MLK.. As for a conspiracy.. Still either way the bullet would have to match the exact rifle fired from.. The XM21 didn’t come into production till 68 and sold in 69 far as I know .. So a XM21 rifle could not have been used as he claims.. Why he thinks that I don’t know because I haven’t read anywhere that another rifle was found on anyone that may have been part of the conspiracy theory.. I’ve been hunting since I was about 9 by myself and a avid hunter ever since.. 20 years military.. Almost bought me another pew pew this morning.. I started to say I had to many but you can never have to many 🤣..

Thank you very much for doing this. Hatred is evil. Love always wins over evil. Dr. King has eternal life for following the way of life by the grace of God and only God gets credit for doing good. That’s what God says in The Bible.

All of this is BS king was hit by a 762x51 caliber bullet with a twist rate of 1:11 out of a m14 stainless steel barrel. The rifle that the police had and still in the museum is a 30-06 caliber remington 760 game master with a twist rate of 1:10. With a barrel defective mark that the bullet that hit king didn't had. This was a undercover job from one of the many 3 letters Government agencies. They fail because the new technology can tells that and they didn't think about it back in time. The Government is the biggest criminal organization in the world. That guy just service to the government porpoise.

They totally did though. Like, barely even a conspiracy theory at this point. The king family won a lawsuit against the feds for his wrongful death and there were a number of witnesses who said the shooter was in the bushes, not on the bathtub. All were ignored in favor of a drunk man who was later unable to identify a photo of Ray when shown it by a reporter. Further, there was a tree blocking the view to the building, a tree cut down during the night between the shooting and the next morning. The youtuber wendigoon has a video going through the conspiracy, and it seems pretty conclusive that the FBI conspired with the mob to kill king and frame Ray for it. Ray pleaded guilty with his first lawyer, fired him, and immediately said his lawyer basically forced him to plead guilty with threats of his brother being arrested as well. His first lawyer was a known associate of the local mob, and his second lawyer funnily enough went on to represent the kings in their lawsuit against the feds.
