This information is incomplete. If you are going to tell the true history of art in Peekskill you MUST go back to 1972 when Mrs. Gerri Uddyback produced the 1st of 2 annual Black Arts Festivals in Peekskill. She was the Artistic Director of The Peekskill Drama Workshop founded by Mrs Uddyback along with 13 Black students from Walter Panas HS.
