Need a coach like Ime Udoka. Tough minded & a defensive mentality that will hold players accountable at the same time push them to be great. Need a GM who will be good at acquiring talent and hiring good scouting team that can find diamonds in the rough. Just a total rebuild

And if that’s the case, it’s not contributing to wins. And yes injuries contribute to losses. But coaching, scouting, system, chemistry and culture plays a huge role in the overall success of the team. IMO this team, including the front office needs changing. Yes they have some players to build around but it’s obviously not working to betterment of the team. And again I understand the injuries. But this team shouldn’t be this bad. And that starts with coaching and the front office who makes decisions in staffing the team with players that fit and a system that’s going to steer the team in the right direction.

I thought Borrego was hired to shake up the offense and get people sharing the ball more...is Willie not listening to this guy? Is there some sort of rift on this coaching staff? The players look like they've just turned Willie out...no motivation at all. This is Griff's 3rd HC hire that has failed. I don't think the FO we currently have knows how to fix this regardless of whether they get a top 5 draft choice (or not). Griiff just keeps throwing stuff against the wall hoping that it sticks. He's lost.

I’ve been saying for over a year- Willie needs to GO. I thought hiring Borrego would help him, but it doesn’t seem like anything has changed. We have had the same problems for YEARS. He is in over his head, he has never improved. And the players look tired of playing for him. He’d be a great college coach, he’s a horrific NBA coach. The Magic example is a fantastic one. Look at what the Rockets did once they replaced Silas w Udoka. Fire Willie ASAP. Griffin needs to get a positive return for BI and CJ, and if he doesn’t fire him. Jk, jk, and Gayle needs to fire him too. Ive been wanting us to hire Chris Quinn from Miami for so long, and we still should, hopefully a new team president sees that, too. So glad i watched the Rockets-Thunder last night so I could be reminded of what real professional playoff-caliber basketball looks like- smart, disciplined play w 48’ of maximum effort. FIRE. Average coaches only last 3-5 years. WG will probably be let go in the offseason. We will make some trades at the deadline to get under the tax and fix our salaries for next season. This needs to turn into a development year and what’s sad is we keep DNP Karlo and Reeves. Both these guys should be playing to just get min even if they lose their min big. Theis should be benched until he is traded CJ min should just be reduced until he is traded. Cain and Jemison should not play either. Both are 2-way guys and just not going to be long term players.

Beginning of the season you were talking bout this small ball mess would work for the pels.. now it's the problems started last season.. no the problem started years ago with the willie hiring and before that the griff hiring.. that starting lineup loses out because of lack of coaching.. lack of actual basketball iq on the team.. the turnovers are because they put the ball in the hands of people that are not playmaker or creators for noone but themselves..
