_Democratic_ country, not "democracy country". Learn English first before coming on KZbin to post a comment. Second, Malaysia will NEVER be a democratic country. It will ALWAYS be a mismanaged kleptocracy where only a privileged few will be the beneficiaries of the nation's wealth (and hard work). Malaysia will ALWAYS be corrupt. Corruption is a culture in Malaysia, it is a way of life. You're kidding yourself if you think otherwise. Watch my KZbin videos to understand how badly mismanaged Malaysia is, a country rampant with corruption and theft and the police won't bother to do anything about it.

Youngsters who never been under the Premiership of Tun M never understand what he has done for Malaysian. PH14 is where most of the Ätas Pagar Voters"changed the stand and chose Tun M, the X Factor for the winning. He changed Malaysia from a Plantation Nation to Industrial Nation. He brought technology and innovation to this country creating more high skill jobs. He understand people, he works hard daily and he stands for what he believe in. HSR was his brainchild project that was estimated cost of RM5b before Pak Lah replaced him as PM which Pak Lah cancelled the project. Imagine working in KL but staying in Melaka, all those purchasing power can help to develop the states creating more demand and supply thus creating jobs. The Twin Tower Petronas, KLIA, Putra Jaya, LRT/Monorail, Bukit Jalil. He put down the extremist group Al-Ma'unah in year 2000. Malaysia have achieved a lot since its independence from year 1957. Even during that time Malaysia is still in war with the Communist. And that is why Malaysia won the PH14. The by stander chose a leader who is actually do his job for the love of the people and nation.

I remeber i arrived 15minutes before the gates to the polling centre open and there’s already throngs of people queuing. It feels like a festival! Absolutely opposite of what he’s describing. Btw, even after almost 6 months, i can still feel the goosebump especially when the footage shows the people gathering in Petaling Jaya on the election night, waiting for the result. @wonderfulfable5 жыл бұрын
I never believed in the Undi Rosak (spoilt vote) movement, it is simply ridiculous. I voted because I have the right to choose. Not the right to spoil it. Despite what the "believers" say, as I heard, that I could contribute more to my country by paying my taxes (besides voting), I still choose to vote. For the Undi Rosak believers or non voters, who did celebrate the change in government (yes even the ones who were happy to celebrate for 2 minutes), they didn't vote. They choose to spoil their vote. That is their choice, by all means. But don't even think of celebrating when they didn't even vote.

It needs patience to see changes. I have lived in Egypt for more than 5 years, and what they lost is when they voted for Morsi for changes yet thet ended up throw him from the PM spot a year after. Even when Egypt was getting better. The reason? It's because they said no changes has happen, they can't see big changes. The changes may seem small, but during that time Egypt is getting better. Now, Egypt is worse. Far far worse than 6 years before. Patience. To change a country for a betterment isn't like a snap of a finger. We have 5 years. This 5 years, we hope for a better Malaysia. If, I mean if, it didn't get better, then do know we have the democracy power to choose who we want to choose. Now that this government have been chosen, why not see it through the end, for the next 5 years.

Nice balance of interviews from all across, including the ones from the undi rosak (spoilt vote) movement. We are proud that democracy works in Malaysia. In spite of extremists who used race and religion to cow the people, the voters were matured enough to reject them outright and voted for a change. The people, in general, are now tired of the racists and bigots. Even as the new government moves forward and nearing 1 year, the bitterness from the extremists are not subsiding, and we are still subjected to hateful and seditious mongering day after day. I say, Malaysians unite and reject the negativity and the hatred.

The goverment chage but peaple never change, just because the chose wrong leader who wants change, but for the rich, not for the peaple who needs. His not smart as our first prime minister Tuanku Abdul Rahman. Kick out from UMNO during Tunku reinging Malaysia without racial bias. Now the most racist is elected second time to descrimate the unity of Malasian. Regret is no cure, love Malaysia, live Malaysia. Jflappan Malaysia

Though i do think that voting the opposition is ideal to change this nations mentality that bn is the only thing they can vote. I can say that choosing tun as the pm is wise but i can't say for his party since a few of them are instilling the fear of racism in the country. I really don't like this few people trying to incite racism and cause chaos in the country be like 13'th mei. These people are just trying to use people's fear for their own political gain. If i knew that it was gonna be like this I'd rather place my vote on bn, because many projects that bn made that ph is sooooo against about is currently started back. sure they managed to cut the cost but still where's the promise you guys give us seriously this beyond idiocy the only thing that ph did is just resuming things that is already there.

That was then and this is now 1 year later. I hope the current ministers look back and realize the country came together for them and I trust they will do the needful to make the intended change a reality. Otherwise PH will become a one term government of Malaysia; history being made again for the wrong reasons.
