Just ordered my 2022 19 Trx patriot! Very much cannot wait to get her out on the water! I added hydraulic Jack plate and gage , plus dual trim on steering wheel and tilt hydraulic steering as well! Got a lot of good pointers from this vid thanks !

Had an 18 foot triton last year and we got a Phoenix 919 this year and am impressed with everything about it the speed the rough water ride the storage and how shallow it will float we’ve had it in a foot of water and not been on bottom after getting used to the chine walk and learning how to drive through it it’s a blast to drive but just can’t say enough about the ride in rough water I’ve ridden in my buddys 519 ranger and would say the Phoenix is the better ride

Love the organization of that boat. I think every boat has its ups and down so its a preference thing. You can modify the little stuff. But you cant go wrong with a triton

Been watching you since the tracker days! I'll be Goin that route when I get to the big o! Currently skiffing it. 8 ft 9 jon boat I load in mu toyota bed and launch w a kart like a yak. Nice boat! I love aluminum boats. Curious about what you think about hulls. Glass vs aluminum? Did you get tossed more on the tracker? Or did you go glass for better storage and boat handling?I found my old sea nymph bass attacker had small.lockers and wasn't set up for long Flippin sticks.

sweet man!!! thanks for watching all these years! glass just has a better layout and thus storage. better ride too in the bigger chop. i love my tin boat and it was a great rig but especially on bigger lakes like okeechobee or guntersville the greater range and ability to handle some rough water still lean glass.

layout on the Blazer is a lot like my Legend, but those batteries right over the top of the pumps is a fail, much labor to replace a simple pump. I will send pics if you need them to show you what im talking about.

The problem with Triton is in the cock pit is they put drain holes in corners of seats and they are small an clog and boat floods in heavy rain I cut in center of floor at seats and added the drain

Love a good boat walk through! Always interesting to see how others “arrange” their boats, and utilize the space in the boat. For example, never would have thought to use pool noodles in the live well, but it makes sense with little extra weight added to the boat. Also love the SeaDek idea! View of battery compartment would have been nice, but still an excellent video!

I've had my 20TRX Patriot for about a year now and I've been really happy with it. My only gripe is the high gunnels but they don't interfere when I'm pitching or anything so it's just a looks thing for me. Definitely a great boat!

When I decided to return to bass fishing this past year after a 29 yr hiatus (I had a 35’ Luhrs flybridge and was doing blue water charters for tuna and marlin but I’m way too old for that game now!) I first looked at used 18’ Rangers. I quickly discovered for just a couple of thousand extra I could get a fully loaded Nitro Z18 pro w/150 mercury pro XS 4 stroke, 2 blade power poles, etc. With the money I saved I put 2 graphs on the console - Helix 7SI which came standard and than a second Helix 9DI+ at the console plus a Helix 10 DI+, Helix 9DI+ and MEGA 360 on the bow. Total pkg was under $55k for a 2021 this past January. Make a trip down here to Headwaters and I’ll gladly show off my boat to you 😎

Just bought a new Triton.....looked at Nitro but what you get for the same amount of money, Triton blows Nitro away. EVERYTHING on a Nitro is and upgrade....right down to the spare tire.

@@ks_bass_snob just took a quick look at Tritons on their website ... boat comes standard with Lowrance Hook 5s ... not really a usable size for graphs ... Nitro comes standard with 2 Helix’s, both of them 7s, SI on console and DI on bow which are useable as is,
